Campus information

APU’s flagship campus in TPM affords students with opportunity to earn practical technology degrees in today's technical subjects. The purpose-built complex is located in Technology Park Malaysia, a comprehensive center for research and development for knowledge-based industries, giving staff and students an opportunity to connect with leading biotech and engineering professionals as well as technopreneurs and entrepreneurs from all around the world. APU's campus at Technology Park Malaysia is a modern glass and aluminum structure design, housing:

APU is also proud to unveil its ultra-modern University campus located within Technology Park Malaysia (TPM). TPM is the ideal location for this new and contemporary campus due to its strong positioning as Malaysia's primary hub for leading-edge and high-tech developments in a wide variety of areas. TPM is also located in one of the most rapidly developing areas in Kuala Lumpur, and is well served and accessible through major highways, LRT and other forms of public transportation. APU's new campus will certainly set a new benchmark for design excellence among Malaysian Universities, combining an eco-friendly campus with a dynamic blend of technology and innovation to enable professional learning. 

The campus is located in Technology Park Malaysia (TPM) next to the Bukit Jalil stadium. It's easily accessible by public transport (bus and LRT/metro) and taxi. APU also has a satelite campus in The Mines Business Center. Students and visitors to the TPM campus can opt to travel by public transport, drive or come on foot. Students staying in the vicinity of the surrounding apartments can get to the campus by a 10-15 minute walk or by the shuttle bus provided by APU. 

To get to the campus by public transport, get down at Bukit Jalil LRT Station (Star LRT) and take APU’s Shuttle Bus to head towards campus. Alternatively, students can drive or carpool with friends. The campus is easily accessible through an extensive network of highways within the Klang Valley. It is connected via the Middle Ring Road II (MRR), Damansara Puchong Highway (LDP), Kesas Highway, Maju Expressway (MEX), North-South Expressway and the Puchong-Sungei Besi Bypass.

Accommodation

There are many options student housing while studying at APU. The Institute's Student Services department provides accommodation services to help students make the right choice and find the accommodation that they want. APU provides fully-managed accommodation at a number of apartment buildings close to the campus, including Vista Komanwel, Fortune Park and Endah Promenade Condominiums. Students stay in the apartments where they occupy rooms on single or twin sharing basis and have access to kitchen facilities and common area. Each apartment has 3 to 5 bedrooms with a living room. Condominium facilities incllude:

Rental for each student ranges between RM250 to RM1840 per month, depending on the room size and facilities provided. The rooms are lent to students on single or twin sharing basis. Upon check-in to the accommodation students are advised to pay 2-month deposit and 1-month rental with respective cover charges. Note that rental rates may change from time to time. The different types of Student Accomodations available are:

Academia (Standard)

  • RM250-RM560 per month/student

Endah Promenade (Super Premium Plus)
