About this course

The Higher Diploma in Illustration will equip students with creative and effective illustration skills, critical and analytical thinking, graphic manipulation, visual expression as well as concept visualisation, preparing students for the dynamix, fast-paced and ever-changing environment of the creative industry. Professional level training is also provided for the observation, exploration of communication methodology and visual interpretation.

Entry Requirements

International Students:

  • Applicants with academic qualifications obtained in secondary or tertiary institutions outside Hong Kong will be assessed individually by the departments concerned.
  • IGCSE, GCE, International Baccalaureate (IB) or other overseas qualifications which are comparable with the required levels of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education will be accepted.
  • IELTS overall score at 5 or equivalent
