Sippy Downs

Three privately–owned, fully–furnished student accommodation complexes are conveniently located next to the University. UniCentral, Varsity Apartments and The Village are all linked by pathway to the campus, which is an easy three–minute walk away.

Public transport and the local shopping centre are within easy reach.

The complexes are:

SouthBank

There are privately-owned student accommodation providers in Brisbane who mainly offer accommodation to students in shared apartment complexes. The closest of these to the South Bank precinct are:

USC Sunshine Coast

The only full‐service university campus on the Sunshine Coast with teaching and learning facilities that include immersive educational environments, interactive learning technology and hands‐on simulation labs.

Onsite facilities also include USC’s award‐winning library and art gallery, as well as shops, cafes and a sporting precinct.

USC Fraser Coast

USC Fraser Coast offers students a 5-star education, the highest-rated teaching quality for any public university in Queensland, delivered by USC's highly qualified teaching staff. Our programs have excellent graduate outcomes and the scholarships and financial support available help make university education more affordable. Preparation and bridging study makes the transition to university easy.

USC Gympie

USC Gympie offers students a 5-star education, the highest-rated teaching quality for any public university in Queensland, delivered by USC's highly qualified teaching staff. Our programs have excellent graduate outcomes and the scholarships and financial support available help make university education more affordable. Preparation and bridging study makes the transition to university easy.

Facilities include a 75-seat reading theatre, tutorial rooms, a computer lab, interactive learning technology, study areas and computer access for students

USC Caboolture

The newest USC campus opens at the start of 2018. It offers Bachelor programs focusing on business, commerce, creative industries, education and nursing subjects.

USC Sunshine Coast

USC's flagship campus is located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast at Sippy Downs.

USC Fraser Coast

USC Fraser Coast is located in Hervey Bay, approximately 2.5 hours north of the Sunshine Coast campus. The campus is located in the central business district, a short walk from local shops and cafes and a few minutes’ drive to calm, bayside beaches.

USC Gympie

USC Gympie is located 60 mins north of the USC Sunshine Coast campus at Sippy Downs.

USC SouthBank

USC SouthBank is located in Brisbane's cultural precinct, South Bank Parklands in the SW1 complex (Building A4, 52 Merivale Street) approximately 70 minutes drive south of the University’s Sippy Downs campus.

USC Caboolture

Previously QUT's Caboolture campus was transferred to USC. Now USC's Caboolture campus is located between Manley and Tallon Street.
