Entry Requirements
A relevant Level 1 course with English and maths or 4 GCSEs grades A*-D, including English and maths or City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma with English and maths at GCSE grades A*-D.
Curriculum

- Customer care Software installation & upgrade
- System operation
- Working with ICT hardware and equipment

Functional Skills are an embedded feature of the course and will enable learners to improve and achieve higher grades in numeracy, literacy and information technology.
