The campus is in the heart of Sheffield’s city centre, with all departments just a short walking distance from each other, or a very short ride on the bus or tram. Landmark Buildings include the Arts Tower, Firth Court, the ICOSS Building and the Sir Frederick Mappin Building. Our students will have 24-hour access to the innovative Information Commons - a multi-purpose learning environment and library. They’ll as well profit from our University library with 1.3 million books and further 435,000 e-books and e-journals.
We are continually investing to provide you with the perfect environment for success. The new International College is just one of the new buildings on the campus. The new Diamond building provides undergraduate teaching spaces for the Faculty of Engineering as well as facilities for students from the rest of the University. We offer a wide range of programmes support services regarding the development of your language and study skills.
