About this course

This university-level course will develop your knowledge of the travel and tourism industry from a management perspective. The course is designed for you to enhance your own managerial skills in order to progress into employment within the Travel Industry. Group sizes are maintained at manageable levels in order that candidates can gain maximum benefit from in-class discussions and on-course support. The course aims to give students a wide range of industry experience through guest speakers, trips and live projects with tourism providers. A fully funded two week work placement in Tenerife is also included in the second year of the course to complement the students work on employability skills and knowledge gained during the course.

Entry Requirements

  • GCSE English grade C or above (or equivalent), and a minimum of 100 UCAS points.
  • There is a minimum International requirement for IELTS of 5.5. Mature applicants are considered on merit.
