About this course
This basic level course aims to help people gain the skills needed in an office environment. The diploma covers various aspects of administration including creating business documents, welcoming visitors, supporting business meetings and looking at job opportunities in administration.
Assessment is through coursework that builds up to the diploma; IT skills will be developed in all the assignment work. To support the development of the skills needed by today’s employers, you will also study basic English and Maths.
