The VRQ Level 3 aims to build on your existing knowledge and skill, taking it to an advanced level so you will be able to confidently apply for supervisory positions or build on your menu portfolio. 
This qualification will enhance your knowledge of the catering industry through testing your preparation and cooking skills and written assignment work.
