About this course
This course is ideal for those wishing to develop advanced professional cookery and kitchen supervisory skills.
Note: This course is offered in Burton Town Centre Campus only.
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade C or above (if this does not include English and maths, these must be studied as part of the Level 3 programme) or Level 2 Functional Skills equivalent in English and maths;
- Successful interview and initial assessment;
- Successful completion of Level 2 programme (progressing learners).
