Curriculum
The course (minimum 180 Guided Learning Hours) comprises of nine mandatory and two optional units, all of which relate to the subject matter. Assessments will be conducted internally.
Mandatory units cover a variety of subject areas such as child development, safeguarding, communication, promoting positive behaviour and supporting learning activities. Optional units include learning assessments, schools as organisations, extra-curricular activities and the learning environment.
