First Media Design School (FMDS) is fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for its students to make use of such as high-end computers and inspiring artwork beautifying its classrooms. Students can also rent a room, apartment, or house, directly from the owners of public or private housing. You can expect to pay at least a month’s advance rent and a security deposit of one month’s rent.

How this works is by paying at least a month’s advance rent a security deposit worth for a one month rent to secure a place to live outside.
