About this course

The aim of this programme is to equip students with the knowledge and skills of building services technologies, with projects as the major learning and teaching assessment method to reflect general industry practice. Students will learn to develop and design building services systems and be problem-solvers to meet ever-changing industry challenges, which involve complex building technology, air conditioning design, and green building assessment. This programme is recognised and accredited by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) and is provisionally accredited by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE). 

Entry Requirements

International Students:

  • Applicants with academic qualifications obtained in secondary or tertiary institutions outside Hong Kong will be assessed individually by the departments concerned.
  • IGCSE, GCE, International Baccalaureate (IB) or other overseas qualifications which are comparable with the required levels of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education will be accepted.
  • IELTS overall score at 6 or equivalent.
