Established in 1999 as an IT college on the values of being progressive, motivated and innovative, Mantissa College has persistently contributed to nurturing students to be well qualified academically and also to possess a high level of competency in managerial skills. Mantissa College is strategically located in an exclusive residential area of Taman Tun Dr.Ismail, which is a mere 20 minutes drive from the heart of the federal capital, Kuala Lumpur. The area of Taman Tun Dr.Ismail where Mantissa College is situated offers students convenient and easy access to public transport, financial institutions, medical services, places of worship, recreational parks, entertainment, restaurants and accomodation.

Mantissa College is in close proximity to the major highways - LDP, Sprint, Penchala, Kerinchi, and Federal, allowing students to easily travel to and from the city centre or other parts of the Klang Valley. Getting to Mantissa College could not be easier, irrespective of the mode of transportation. Also, it takes only 10 minutes to get to nearby shopping centres like One-utama, IKEA, Tropicana City, The Curve, Cineleisure, and Ikano Power.

The college is also situated near recreational parks - Taman Rimba Kiara Park and The TTDI park. Students can walk, jog or cycle the tracks while breathing in fresh air, watching monkeys and listening to the chirping of birds. Students can enjoy the natural ambience silhouetted by lush grenery to just relax and unwind. Apart from its famous nature trails and fresh air, it is also a popular haven for avid jungle trekkers and mountain bikers.

Mantissa College only offers off-campus accommodation, which is only within 15 minutes walking distance from the Main Campus. All student houses provided by Mantissa College are also easily accessible via public transport, surrounded by food courts and shop houses, shopping malls and lots more. There are several types of accommodation: single storey student houses, double storey student houses, and hostels. To ensure the comfort of students, all hostels provided by Mantissa College are equipped with basic facilities.
