Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University College (KLMUC) is a progressive and innovative higher learning institution with 6 distinctive faculties offering over 40 programmes.  Established in 2006, KLMUC currently offers Foundation, Diploma and Master Degree programmes that inculcate ‘Real World Practice’ as a pathway to professional success. KLMUC is a city university college with campuses situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city. KLMUC is easily accessible via public transportation. The convenient services of LRT, monorail, buses and taxis is right at your doorstep.

Students can reach KLMUC via the Light Rail Transit (LRT), bus shuttle and taxi services with its available transportation points around the accommodation area.

KLMUC also provides Bus Services from campus to student accommodation (area-dependant).


KLMUC students have said that the university hostel fulfills the criteria for a conducive living environment. Besides being located close to amenities such as shops, mosques, restaurants and clinics, it is easily accessible via almost all modes of transportation.  Among others, students can travel to and from KLMUC via the Light Rail Transit (LRT), bus shuttle and taxi services. A bus stop is located right in front of the University College while the Sultan Ismail LRT station is only a block away. The hostel is guarded by security personnel on a 24-hour basis. The guards are stationed at the main entrance with regular patrolling intervals on the hostel grounds.  

Students can focus on their studies in a safe environment and enjoy the opportunity to interact with their fellow house mates who are also students of KLMUC and CICT. This will also inculcate team work and improve communication skills.  Male and female students are housed in separate units. Currently, KLMUC provides accommodation to more than 200 students with each accommodation unit providing a comfortably spacious housing for 10-12 students. The following are the standard facilities provided at the hostel.

Each student accommodation unit comes with a special furniture such as wooden bed & mattress, study tables & chairs, dining table, sofa, flat screen TV, fridge, cooking induction & hood, water heater and wardrobe.
