Ruemz — a newer, lower-density block with enhanced privacy, en-suite bathroom, TV, safety box, and mini-fridge in every room: 

Both residences include 180 complimentary hours of air-conditioning per room per month (top-ups available), and residents bring their own bedding, towels, and cooking utensils (note: en-suite rooms don't allow in-room cooking — a shared Common Kitchen is available on Level 1).

Off-campus options: private condominiums (e.g. DK Senza, D'Latour) near campus are also available, typically estimated around USD400–450/month.
