There are hostels available, ready to move into, for students who prefer to live in campus grounds. There is a choice of accommodation such as Sunway Monash Residence, Sun- U Residence and Sun-U Apartment.
But if you prefer to live a little away from campus, the closest privately owned condominium available is the Palmville Resort Condominiums. In fact, there are a host of other homes available for rent (or sale) that come with a pool and other facilities.
