Entry Requirements

Applicants will need 80 points on the UCAS tariff. You will need to have completed a course over two years at level 3 or completed an Access course.

Students over 21 years old without formal qualifications may apply and will need to demonstrate that they are able to study at Higher Education level, usually by taking a written test.

All applicants may be required to undertake certain diagnostic tests in Literacy and Application of Number. 

Applications from students whose first language is not English are welcome. We require evidence of proficiency in English (including writing, speaking, listening and reading), the required minimum is:

  • IELTS (SELT): 6.0 overall (minimum 5.5 in all components)
  • Or GCSE English A*-C
  • Or equivalent qualification.
