Entry Requirements

  • For 2016 entry: 280 tariff points from 3 A-levels or 3 A-Levels and 1 AS-Level, or equivalent. BTEC Extended Diploma: DMM. IB Diploma: 30 points (including 5 points from each of the 3 higher level subjects) or equivalent overseas qualification. 
  • For 2017 entry: 112 tariff points from 3 A-Levels. BTEC Extended Diploma of DMM. Offers will be subject and grade specific, particularly in the science subjects. 

International Students English Language Requirement:

  • 2016 entry: IELTS (Academic) 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each component or equivalent.
  • 2017 entry: IELTS (Academic) 6.5 with minimum 6.0 in each component or equivalent.

This course aims to develop your critical understanding of anatomical, physiological and behavioural aspects of health and illness. 

With these skills you will be able to integrate appropriate exercise into health promotion.
