- Undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited (or candidate for accreditation) or approved nationally accredited college or university, or a comparable degree from a recognized institution outside the United States, with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale) as shown on the undergraduate degree-posted transcript.
