About this course

The programme is designed for students who are interested in criminology and public sociology. Students will focus on skills needed for social science related work, in particular: how to conduct evaluation research; how to write for non-academic audiences; grant-writing workshops; interdisciplinary collaboration opportunities; and extended discussions of the differences between academic culture and the cultures of community and not-for-profit organizations. 

Entry Requirements

  • One official copy required from each post-secondary institution attended. Foreign transcripts must be evaluated via WES or ECE [course by course evaluation]
  • GRE (Test scores more than five years old at the time of application will not be considered.)
  • Three (3) recommendations to be submitted through the online application At least 2 must be from academics
