The Art Institute of Seattle is located on the Elliott Bay waterfront in downtown Seattle, a metropolis surrounded by amazing natural landscapes, such as the Cascade Range, the Olympic Mountains, and Mount Rainier. The campus is only few blocks away from Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, known for its design studios, restaurants and nightlife.
For many, living with friends and peers is a quintessential part of the college experience. The Office of Residential Life and Housing can connect you with the resources and information you need about School-Sponsored Housing and/or independent housing referral services.
In the School-Sponsored Housing program, you’ll be assigned to a unit in a local apartment complex along with other students. Student Resident Assistants will also live on-site and can help you connect with your peers by facilitating on-site activities and social, cultural, and creative programs.
