About this course

You like structure and logic, cause and effect, putting things together. You built a mean pillow fort as a kid, and no one ever asks you to play Jenga any more because you’re just that good.

The Panama Canal, Lombard Street, the Brooklyn Bridge, the International Space Station… they all had great engineers to dream them up and bring them to life.

The Texarkana College Engineering program will help you build the strong foundation you need to reach your goals.

Entry Requirements

  • Proof of English Proficiency – This requirement is normally waived for citizens of the British Isles, Australia, the English-speaking portions of Canada, and New Zealand. All other students will be required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Minimum requirements are a score of 500 on the paper-based TOEFL or 173 on the computer-based TOEFL, or 71 on the Internet-based TOEFL.
