- Proof of English language proficiency: international students must contact ETS to have an official TOEFL score report sent to the College (school code 7175). Terra State also accepts the IELTS test.
- Proof of adequate financial support:The estimated cost of attendance for international students studying at Terra State is $17,784.00 annually. International students are required to submit documentation from a government or bank official demonstrating that the student or the student's sponsor has sufficient funds to cover the student's cost of attendance. Immigration regulations prevent the student from earning any substantial portion of this amount through employment in the United States. In addition, international students are not eligible for federal financial aid or any scholarships offered at Terra State.
- Submission of transcripts: all students are required to submit official copies of their high school and college transcripts. International students transferring from another U.S. institution must submit an Intent to Transfer Form signed by a Designated School Official (DSO) at the institution from which the student is transferring.
