About this course
Spring Hill College offers a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree program designed to prepare nurses for leadership in the health care delivery system as Clinical Nurse Leaders (CNL). CNLs are advanced generalist clinicians who assume accountability for patient-care outcomes at the point-of-care in any setting where healthcare is delivered.
The MSN program combines online courses and clinical integration with local preceptors to allow nurses to complete degree requirements in their local communities and work settings.
Four tracks to the MSN degree are available, including:
- RN with Bachelor of Science in Nursing to MSN
- RN with Non-Nursing Baccalaureate to MSN
- RN with Master’s Degree in Nursing Post-Master’s Certificate
- RN with Associate Degree in Nursing/Nursing Diploma to MSN
