First Year Students
First year students will be mostly assigned to Woodward Hall, and Talbott Apartments for should additional assignments need to be placed.
First year undergraduate students and some newly admitted transfer students are typically assigned to Woodward Hall. These suite style accommodations are fully furnished non-cooking units with 3 double bedrooms, a living room, bathroom, and vanity area. Attached to Woodward Hall is Stonsby Commons, the main dining eatery for Woodward Hall residents. While Woodward hall residents are required to be on a meal plan, any student may purchase a meal plan and eat in all campus dining halls including Stonsby Commons.
First Year Students will be assigned to our 2-bedroom, 4-person apartments.
Graduate student housing is available in 15 Washington Apartments.
In 15 Washington Apartments, graduate students reside on the tower side of the building from the 3rd to the 13th floor of of the building. Apartment styles range from Studios, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, and 4 bedrooms where each graduate student has his own bedroom and shares the common area with the number of roommates they would have depending on the apartment sytle. 15 Washington Apartments will include various study spaces, a small exercise room, and 24 hour security.
