About this course
The Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute’s Culinary Arts AAS degree is the first program in the state accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation. Graduates will earn the Certified Culinarian, which is the first level of certification from the American Culinary Federation.
- TOEFL score of 173 (computer-based exam) or 500 (paper-based exam) sent directly from Educational Testing Services (ETS). The score must be less than 2 years old.
