About this course

The study of criminal justice includes examination of

  1. crime and criminal behavior;
  2. the structure, workings, actors and agencies that constitute and control the criminal justice system; and
  3. how crime impacts social, political and economic issues on local, state, national and global levels.

Using an interdisciplinary approach that includes study of law, sociology, psychology and communication, Manor College’s Criminal Justice Program enables graduates to move directly into the workforce to serve the community or transfer to a 4-year institution to complete a Bachelor’s Degree in a variety of criminal justice fields.
