Old Muskego Church
This piece of history was built in 1844 in Wisconsin by Norwegian immigrants and then moved to Luther Seminary in 1904 piece by piece. It is still used for weddings, baptisms and festival services.

Greenway Village consists of five residential buildings featuring one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. These apartments are owned and managed by BBH Management Co.

North of Northwestern Hall are the LDR Apartments. Luther Seminary offers efficiency and one-bedroom apartments.
The neighborhood that surrounds Luther Seminary is called St. Anthony Park, a residential community situated within the heart of the Twin Cities. St. Anthony Park is home to neighborhood shops that include Micawber's Bookstore, Muffuletta Café, Dunn Bros Coffee, Finnish Bistro and the Bibelot Shop.
Attending Luther Seminary, however, does not limit you to a small-town atmosphere. The great thing about Luther Seminary is that you are minutes away from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. The Twin Cities are wonderful communities in which to live, work, learn and play. There are also plenty of options for shopping, hotels and restaurants in nearby Roseville.
Whether you looking for a small-town neighborhood feel, or craving a big city experience, Luther Seminary gives you access to both.

The Housing Office at Luther Seminary provides students and their families with a variety of options located on or near campus.
Managed by Luther Seminary, LDR apartments offers students efficiency and one-bedroom apartments, the Luther Seminary Houses offer students and families an alternative to apartment living, and Stub Hall provides housing for interns needing short term arrangements. Greenway Village Apartments, managed by BBH Management Company, offer students and their families one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.
On occasion, we receive information regarding available off-campus housing opportunities.
These unfurnished apartments are located at 1559 Fulham (one block north of Northwestern Hall). LDR includes three efficiency units and five one-bedroom units. Rent includes heat, water, trash/recycling, and internet. Student is responsible for electricity. These units are specifically for single students. Marketed to returning students, interns and new students. Rent is billed by semester. 9 units.

Luther Seminary Houses (unfurnished)
Marketed to returning students, interns and new students. All students must have signed lease. Houses are available only to Luther Seminary students, their spouses, and dependents. Pets are allowed with $250 deposit.
Students living in Stub Hall will work together to build their own representation of Christian community based on the works for Dietrich Bonhoeffer (Life Together), Bishop Seraphim Sigrist (A Life Together) and Soren Kierkegaard (Practice in Christianity) and other relevant works. This program is optional for students in Stub Hall. Students not living in Stub Hall are welcome to participate as well.
Rent is billed by semester. Up to 20 beds available (10 female beds, 10 male beds).
Greenway Village Apartments
Greenway Village Apartments consist of five buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments adjacent to Luther Seminary's campus. These apartments are owned and managed by BBH Management Company. Each unit includes a separate room for study. Single students as well as students with families are welcome. All units are carpeted and equipped with a stove, air-conditioner and refrigerator. Laundry facilities are available. To inquire about apartment availability or to schedule a tour, please contact BBH Management Company.Marketed to returning and new students and interns looking for year lease. Applications are processed through Greenway Village.

In addition, as a service to students, the listings are posted on a bulletin board on the lower level of Northwestern Hall and on the Community Life Facebook page. These listings are not evaluated by the Housing Office. Arrangements for off-campus housing are to be made directly by the student.
