About this course

Capital believes that the time has come to provide the Master of Arts and Master of Divinity Christian Care programs (MACC/MDivCC) to meet these vital needs. These programs educate ministry practitioners to understand the human condition from a biblical perspective combined with behavioral science insights.

Advanced pastoral and personal care to people in need is also provided. Students will be trained to disciple others to do the work of the ministry in order to fulfill God’s command and make their life more manageable.

They will acquire essential information combined with the discernment, skill, and community‐based networking capabilities that are often required to make necessary referrals to mental‐health professionals and social‐service providers. Capital has developed this unique program, with you and the needs of the people you care for in mind.

This hands-on, lab and practicum based program provides you with a critical tool set essential for Christian ministry today. The approach focuses on equipping you from a truth based biblical perspective to:

  • Identify Personal Issues
  • Assess and Meet Needs
  • Create and Implement Plans for Change
  • Multiply your Ministry by Training Others
  • Develop a Network for Referrals
