Hawkeye has six locations that are within a thirty-five mile radius of the main campus.
Hawkeye Community College’s main campus is located near the southeast edge of Waterloo, Iowa Cedar Valley
The growing cities of Waterloo and Cedar Falls offer diverse cultural experiences and all the amenities of a big city with a small town feel. There’s always something to do with various recreational activities and entertainment including performing arts centers, children’s theater, museums, sporting events, a casino, and comedy clubs.
While Hawkeye doesn't own on-campus housing, privately-owned Hawkeye Towers apartments and Hawkeye Village apartments are merely steps away from main campus.
You can skip the hassle of driving to campus and enjoy the proximity of campus and it's amenities such as the Student Tutoring and Computer Lab, Library, Brock Student Center, and the Health Education and Services Center.
UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA'S RESIDENCE HALLS
Students also have the option to live in the residence halls at the University of Northern Iowa, a quick drive or bus ride away from main campus – 15km, and take advantage of the resources on both Hawkeye's campus and UNI's campus. This is an especially ideal option for students intending to transfer to UNI.
