About Harvey Mudd College, Claremont, United States (Summary, Fees, Scholarship, Campus Life, etc.)

Harvey Mudd College is a four-year, coeducational, private liberal arts college located in Claremont, California. It was established in 1955. The college’s alumni have produced great advances in technology such as the MIME Standard (Ned Freed, Class of 1982), SQL (Don Chamberlin, Class of 1966), Flash (Jonathan Gay, Class of 1989) and Remote Procedure Calls (Bruce Jay Nelson, Class of 1974). A popular tradition at Harvey Mudd College is trying to steal the Cal Tech cannon; students finally succeeded in 1986 when they posed as construction workers. Currently, Harvey Mudd has 784 undergraduate students.
