About Hampton University
Hampton University is nestled along the banks of the Virginia Peninsula, near the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. The surrounding city of Hampton features a wide array of business and industrial enterprises, retail and residential areas, historical sites, and miles of waterfront and beaches.

The Office of Off-Campus Housing has prepared a property listing to assist those students who are unable to be housed on campus and those who choose to live in the surrounding communities.

The student, her or his parents, guardians, or other responsible party must make application and sign as the responsible party.
