About this course
Graduate education in English literature can provide credentials for teaching in secondary and higher education. It can also strengthen applications for law school, seminary, and other graduate education.
Face-to-face courses meet once or twice per week on the Milledgeville Campus throughout the day and in the evening.
Regular admission requires a bachelors degree from an accredited institution, a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (4.0 scale) on all undergraduate work, a score of 550 or higher on the Verbal section of the GRE, a score of 4.5 or higher on the GRE Analytical Writing Test, an undergraduate major in English, and two letters of recommendation. Provisional admission and conditional admission are also offered.
