Campus is 220 acres, including 26 acres under new development. In addition, the College has a campus in Bath, England, for its Advanced Study in England program, and the College has a partnership with the 85-acre Millport Conservancy for research, teaching and field study.

Buchanan and Marshall Halls
Primarily first and second year students are housed in these halls. These halls are home to Brooks College House members. The three story buildings are co-ed and approximately 208 students are housed here. There are single and standard double rooms in these halls. The lower levels of both buildings are primarily sophomore students. The residence hall has a kitchen equipped with cabinets and a microwave, a study room, a common lounge and a main college house kitchen. Window blinds are provided on all windows. Because all residence hall rooms are fully furnished, the College does not permit students to bring upholstered furniture to campus. There is a central laundry facility in each building.
Ben Franklin Hall - North
North Ben Franklin can house approximately 232 students and is the home of Ware College House. Both first-year and upper class students reside in North Ben Franklin. Each hall has a kitchen equipped with cabinets and a microwave, a study room and common lounge. Each floor has single gender bathrooms. The main dining hall, The Market Place, is situated between North and South Ben Franklin. The furniture in these buildings is fixed and cannot be moved. Window blinds are provided on all windows. Because all residence hall rooms are fully furnished, the College does not permit students to bring upholstered furniture to campus. There is a central laundry facility in the building.
Ben Franklin Hall - South
Ben Franklin Hall South currently houses approximately 240 students and is the home of Bonchek College House. Atlee, Dubbs, Dubbs-Klein, Klein and Kunkel Halls are housed in this building. Both first-year and upper class students reside in Ben Franklin South. This building underwent a substantial building renovation in the Summer of 2015. The main dining hall, The Market Place, is situated between Ben Franklin North and South. Window blinds are provided on all windows. Because all residence hall rooms are fully furnished, the College does not permit students to bring upholstered furniture to campus. There is a central laundry facility in the building.
