Campus information

A college education involves learning about a wide range of subjects. Not all of your learning will be done in labs and lectures. Participating in extra curricular activites in college will make your college experience that much more fulfilling.

Extracurricular activities abound at Florida Tech, whether in clubs, sports or the community. Getting involved in other activities on campus provides opportunities to learn things you won't study in a classroom.

Outdoor Fun
Bring your bathing suits, volleyball and tennis racquet! Florida Tech offers two outdoor swimming pools. Lighted tennis courts and a sand volleyball court are available day or night. Not to mention what sunny Brevard County has to offer.

Varsity Sports
The Florida tech Panthers compete in 21 varsity sports as NCAA Division II teams and participate in the highly competitive Sunshine State Conference. Our teams are consistently top-ranked and provide exciting intercollegiate sports events for the community.

Intramural Sports
Participate in sports designed simply for the fun of it. Choose from over 20 intramural sports. And if you are looking for something special not offered on campus, you will probably find it somewhere in Brevard County!

Florida Tech is proud to offer an exceptional campus dining service.  We are committed to providing our community with quality food and services at an excellent value, in a clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

Campus Dining Services offers a diverse menu in each operation, providing healthy choices including vegan, vegetarian and selections for patrons with food allergies.  Most menu items can be made vegetarian at your option and our chef's will be happy to specially prepare items to accommodate nearly any food allergy on request.

From Traditional All-You-Care-To-Eat and Ala Carte dining locations, to Catered Affairs, Groceries and Pizza Delivery; CAMPUS DINING SERVICES strives to bring you the very best.

The Office of Student Activities makes it easy for you to use and develop your talents through Student Activities. Getting involved on campus helps you build career and personal skills that will assist you long after you leave college. You will meet new people, share ideas, and learn more about yourself.

We believe learning takes place not only inside the classroom, but outside. One important opportunity for you is the chance to join and be active in a student organization. There are over 100 registered student organizations at Florida Tech, ranging from student government to cultural and ethnic organizations to club sports. We think that there is something for everyone! But, if you don't find what you are looking for, students can start new student organizations to meet their needs. Please don't hesitate to let us know how we can be of assistance to you and your student organization.

The Florida Tech campus is situated on the east coast of Central Florida in Brevard County, site of Kennedy Space Center and NASA shuttle launches
