About Delaware Technical Community College
DTCC has four campuses which are the Jack F. Owens Campus (or simply 'Owens Campus') in Georgetown, Delaware; the Stanton Campus in Newark; the Charles L. Terry Campus (or simply 'Terry Campus') in Dover; and the Wilmington Campus in Wilmington.
Traditional classroom courses are available at four convenient locations throughout the state:
- The Jack F. Owens Campus is in historic Georgetown, the county seat of Sussex, southernmost of Delaware's three counties.
- The Charles L. Terry Campus serving Kent County is in Dover, the state capital.
- The Stanton/George Campus (with locations in suburban Stanton and downtown Wilmington) serves New Castle County, where more than half of Delaware's population lives.
