Part of deciding where to go to college is being able to envision yourself there as a student. Here at Clarkson College, we're a tight-knit community. In a single-block radius, we provide our students with a quality educational experience that gives them a sense of belonging and purpose.
Our classrooms, Skills and Simulation Labs, Library, Admissions and Financial Aid offices, Student Center and Residence Hall all have their place on campus without one taking over the other. You can take a glimpse into each right here. If you like what you see, we're happy to lead you through a personal tour to help determine if your next visit to campus will be on your first day as a new student.
In recent years, the Omaha riverfront and downtown area have experienced tremendous growth with over two billion dollars in new development. A one-of-a-kind $22 million pedestrian bridge S-curves its way across the Missouri River, the signature, cable-stayed Bob Kerrey Bridge is one of the longest pedestrian bridge projects ever constructed, giving Omaha visitors a breathtaking view of the ever changing skyline.
CenturyLink Center Omaha, the city's convention center and arena, attracts big name talent while providing a spacious technology-rich venue for conventions. The 346,000 sq. ft. facility is complimented by the two million dollar public art project, "Illumina". The colorful display features more than 40 sculptures inspired by the 13th Century Carnival of Venice, and was created by artist Matthew Placzek. It's just a small sample of the creative public art that sprinkles the city.
Currently the 42nd largest city in the United States, the metropolitan area is home to over 900,000 people who welcome visitors with open arms and authentic Midwestern hospitality.
When they’re not absorbing new knowledge in one of our classrooms, many students at Clarkson College are busy making lifelong friendships just 25 yards away in our Residence Hall.
Our four-bedroom, apartment-style suites provide a living environment that works for every personality type. And when you’re not spending time with your roommates, you’ll have plenty of other opportunities to meet more of your neighboring friends at social events exclusive to students living in the Residence Hall.
