About this course
The MA in Art is an advanced degree for specialization in art education, art history and visual art, requiring a minimum of 30 units. Students accepted into the program are expected to be registered full time, taking a minimum of 9 units per semester.
The student must first apply to the Office of Admissions and Records for admission to the University. This must be completed before the departmental process can begin. Graduate student requirements for admission to the University are: a. Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university. b. Good academic standing at the last institution attended. c. Undergraduate grade point average of 2.5 or better in the last 60 semester or 90 quarter units.
