About Birthingway College of Midwifery
One thing we hear most often when prospective students come to visit is just how homey our campus feels. We take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment to learn and work, and hope that you’ll come visit us soon.
Your first stop in the Foster House will be at our front office, where the front office staff is happy to answer general questions that you have about our school or programs. On the first floor is our theory classroom and staff offices, as well as a large community kitchen that serves as a gathering spot for students. We have a number of staff offices on the second floor, and on the lower level, you’ll find a skills classroom and an additional staff office.
We opened the doors to our Carlton House in 2010. The upstairs is home to our extensive and unique library, which boasts over 6,000 holdings of books and media in the midwifery and lactation arts and sciences. The Carlton House also has a large classroom space with a learning kitchen for courses like Plant Medicine. Most of our lactation education courses are held in this space.
