Campus information

Opened in the fall of 2013, The Easley Pavilion is located in a beautiful urban setting on over 80 acres of green space in the heart of Atlanta, GA. The Easley Conference Pavilion and its staff at Atlanta Metropolitan State College, is committed to making your meeting, conference, event or life celebration successful and memorable.

Upon entering the Grand Foyer, you will immediately notice the floor to ceiling windows and lighting. The Easley Café, also located in the foyer is readily transformable to a formal venue where you can host business receptions, office party's and networking events. The Grand Ballroom boasts banquet seating for 500 and theater seating for 800. Utilized separately, each of our ballrooms can accommodate 250 guests with banquet seating or 300 theater. Further, the Easley Pavilion has meeting space from as few as 10 individuals to 60 or more.

  • Charles Easley Conference Pavilion This multipurpose room is located in the Edwin A Thompson Student Center, 2nd floor. The Great Room is 7,225 square feet and will accommodate approximately 850 people, theater style. A variety of set-ups and configurations are available ranging from banquet style seating at round tables to meeting room style at conference tables. The Pavilion is divisible into 3 breakout rooms on the south side and a single 3,500 square foot room on the north side. All rooms are equipped with Audio Visual equipment and individually controlled lighting. Staging is available with skirted platforms and an elegant backdrop (Charges Apply).
  • Pavilion North & South These multipurpose rooms are created by dividing the Great Room into 2 equal spaces (North and South). Each room is 3500 square feet and will accommodate approximately 350 people, theater style. Configurations are available for banquet style seating at round tables to meeting room style at six foot tables. Staging is available with a skirted platform and an elegant backdrop (Charges Apply).
  • Conference Room A Conference Room A is located in the Edwin A Thompson Student Center East on the 2nd floor. This room is 3,500 square feet and will accommodate 250 people, theater style. A variety of set-ups and configurations are available from banquet style seating at round tables to meeting room style at six foot tables. Staging is available with skirted platforms and an elegant backdrop (Charges Apply).
  • Conference Room B Conference Room B is located in the Edwin A Thompson Student Center East on the 2nd floor. The room is 700 square feet and will accommodate 30 people. Sitting 16 people at a permanent mounted conference table and 20 additional people seated around the room.
  • Small Classroom Small classrooms are utilized when classes are not scheduled. These classrooms are 550 square feet and seat 30 people at student style desks.
  • Medium Classroom Medium classrooms are utilized when classes are not scheduled. These classrooms are 725 square feet and seats 35 people at student style desks.
  • Lecture Style Classrooms Lecture Style Classrooms located in the Science Lecture Building, feature fixed tablet arm seating with seating numbers ranging from 65 to 100 persons.
