About this course

Psychology is the scientific study of the mental processes and behavior. Our Associate's Degree in Psychology program studies a multitude of topics, including: brain functioning, thinking and learning processes, personality formation, sensory and perceptual processes, human development, motivational and emotional states, mental health and illness, and social interaction.

Our Psychology program uses a "bio-psycho-social" model to help you learn to understand the total person while preparing you for transfer into a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology program at a four-year institution. We offer online course options, including general psychology, abnormal psychology, human growth and development, and child development.
