About this course
This course will give you a detailed understanding of the design, construction, operation, maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery, including tractors, combines, harvesters and construction plant equipment.
You will undertake a period of work related experience in the industry. A minimum of 300-hours of recorded practical work experience in a dealership or in a large farm workshop is also a vital component of this course.
- 4 GCSEs at grade A*-C including English, Maths and preferably Science or equivalent (or Merit or distinction in related subject at Level 2)
- Demonstrate a positive and responsible attitude towards working with animals.
- A good reference
- A satisfactory interview
