You should normally have a degree or equivalent, or NVQ or SVQ Level 4 in a related subject plus two years relevant organisational experience. We also accept a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice, or Training Practice, or Recruitment and Selection, plus two years relevant experience. Mature students without formal qualifications, but with significant management/HR experience, are welcome to apply.
