About this course

This course combines two of the most exciting areas of management and leadership. It provides you with the knowledge and skills necessary for leading the practice of change and harnessing innovation.

Key to the course's philosophy is the connection between change and innovation and a focus on futures-oriented processes.

The course is designed to fit around your personal and professional commitments. It is taught in seven teaching blocks and you can choose to spread the course over a few years or complete it quickly in less than two years.

Entry Requirements

Degree and/or experience:

  • The standard entry qualifications are a degree¬†or professional qualification equivalent to a degree, plus at least three years' professional work experience. Applications will also be considered from managers with at least five years' experience who do not hold a degree or equivalent qualification.

English Language Requirement:

  • An overall IELTS score of at least 6.5, with 6.0 in the written test and a minimum of 5.5 in the other elements or equivalent.
