Discoveries in chemistry research have the potential to improve lives and solve problems of global significance, from ageing to environmental degradation.
Our programme aims to address such far-reaching issues with the combined expertise of a multidisciplinary department. Through supervisor feedback, self-evaluated activites and tutor-based support, we will help you to develop as a chemist whether you're looking to embark on a PhD or to pursue work outside academia.
As a Brighton student, you'll gain advanced knowledge of techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy and electroanalysis, and benefit from state-of-the-art laboratories in our new Huxley building. You'll graduate with a highly prized qualification and a bank of scientific expertise.
Degree and/or experience:
- A first or upper second class honours degree in chemistry or a related subject.
English Language Requirement:
- ELTS score of 6.5, with no part below 6.0.
