About this course

This is a part-time course for the graduate health and social care practitioner wanting to obtain a level 6 academic and professional qualification in the neonatal care speciality pathway.

You should have a minimum of one year's post-registration experience and be in practice for at least 20 hours per week before applying for the course.

The modules are suitable for nurses and practitioners working in a range of care settings. The three neonatal modules enable you to provide evidence of achieving the specific knowledge, skills and competencies for Qualified In Speciality (QIS) status as a neonatal practitioner endorsed by the Royal College of Nursing and British Association of Perinatal Medicine (2012).

Note: Please contact us directly for exact tuition fees and for information on the funding available for this course.
