About this course
The course is taught in theory and practical sessions for 4.5 hours per week. In year 1 the topics for paper 1 are studied and in year 2 the topics for paper 2 are studied. A variety of practical techniques and investigations run alongside these topics and are also examined in Papers 1 and 2 as well as Paper 3.
Students are expected to complete independent study tasks outside of the lessons on a weekly basis.
Note: This program is offered in King's Lynn campus only.
- 6 GCSE grades A* - C including English and maths, and a grade B in the subject being taken (where possible). Level 2 vocational qualifications at Merit or Distinction will be treated as equivalent to one GCSE.
- Special requirement for this course: GCSE Maths Grade B.
