Perfect if you love to cook, gain inspiration from food and have flair in the kitchen.  You can expect to put your skills into practice by supervising service in our award-winning Adams Restaurant. You’ll also complete practical assessments and written assignments. ncn will help you to gain valuable experience on work placements that give you a real insight into the industry. 

Entry Requirements

 Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery at Merit, plus GCSE English or maths at grade A*- C. Adults aged 19 and over who have significant industry experience but do not have the necessary qualifications are welcome to apply.
