About this course

This vocational course is aimed at students with an interest in the Hospitality Industry. You will be taught by a team of professional lecturers who are highly skilled to teach you skills related to preparing, cooking and serving food. As part of the course you will develop your skills and theoretical knowledge through observations, demonstrations and visits to hotels and restaurants. You will gain hands on experience in our state of the art kitchens and commercial restaurant Avenue 141. You will also have the opportunity to compete in National competitions.

Entry Requirements

  • 4 GCSEs at grade D or above.
  • Successful interview.
