About this course
This is a broad-based Food Technology programme aimed at those food industry employees wishing to undertake staff development and achieve a university level qualification to improve career prospects. The qualification has been designed in collaboration with the industry to ensure that you will develop the necessary skills and knowledge needed for employment. We have excellent resources and facilities, including our very well equipped laboratories, and strong links with local employers who can provide you with industry experience.
- You will require a full Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject and at least four GCSEs at grades A* – C including Maths and English or Level 2 equivalent.
- Mature applicants with relevant experience who do not have the stated entry requirements are encouraged to apply.
